With over 20 years of experience in agriculture, I have established trusted relationships with numerous growers, and it has become my passion to ensure they possess the necessary tools and education in farming regulatory compliance. My role, and my objective, is to alleviate the stress experienced by growers and their employees, enabling them to continue pursuing their passion for farming.

My name is Jennifer Vicuna, I am 23 years old and a central valley native. As a daughter of a fieldworker I always understood the importance of my father coming home safe every day. I graduated with a degree in Agriculture Business and I have been a Worker Safety Trainer for the past two years. Helping growers and their employees operate in compliance with OSHA and DPR regulations has really become my purpose. Personally experiencing first-hand the appreciation an employee feels when they achieve a compliance certification for themselves and their employer brings the most satisfaction to my work. It isn’t just my job but a genuine passion that I take to heart.
